Units of Study: Identity
The following required reading selections and writing assignments will be completed during ninth grade. They fulfill Jeffco's Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum as well as meet Common Core State Standards. Additional choice reading and writing will be completed as well to help students develop their skills and identities as readers and writers. Vocabulary, grammar, speaking, and listening skills will be covered as well and learned and practiced in the context of students' reading and writing.
